What are the dates for the trip?
The trip to Bangkok and Phuket is from November 12-19, 2025. Travelers are responsible for booking their own international flights to and from Thailand. Please arrive in Bangkok (BKK) by the 12th and plan to depart from Phuket International Airport (HKT) on the 19th.
What documentation do I need for travel to Thailand?
You will need a valid passport with at least 6 months validity remaining. You are responsible for obtaining any required visas for entry into Thailand, if applicable.
What if I need to cancel the trip or can no longer go?
There are no refunds for any unused portions of the trip. We recommend you purchase travel insurance to cover any losses.
Do you offer roommate assistance?
Yes, we offer a roommate matching program, for a small fee of $200. If we cannot find a roommate for you, we will put you in a single occupancy room, at no charge to you.
